The cemetery is directly across the highway from Leesville Methodist Church. My 3rd great-grandparents, Bluford Russell Holland and Margurite Elizabeth Holland, are buried here with two of their children who died as infants. Their son Charles Quincy Holland, my 2nd great-grandfather, is buried here too.

Holland Stones

Bluford Russell Holland, 8 August 1839 – 21 March 1875

His age on the stone puts his birth at 8 August 1839. Bluford served in Company B, 1st South Carolina Cavalry. See Bluford Holland, Company B.

Margurite Elizabeth Holland, 22 May 1842 – 28 October 1916

Infant daughter, died 6 November 1874

Her age on the stone puts her birth at about 17 January 1874.

Charles Quincy was the son of Bluford and Margurite Holland, and my 2nd great-grandfather.
